One of these gourmets is Vladimir Kosic, head chef and owner of the Lesendro restaurant. He has 25 years of experience in this business and owned a small, traditional fish restaurant in Belgrade. Vlado - as friends call him - came to Berlin from Montenegro - the Adriatic coast to open a traditional and original fish restaurant. The Adriatic fish and seafood cuisine is a mixture of traditional recipes and his creativity. Vlado ensures that every product that is processed in the restaurant is quality-tested and fresh. Keeping the quality at a high level is the most important prerequisite for good cuisine. In this restaurant the food is processed in a simple way, the best to preserve the original taste of the food.
