FAKT

FAKT as a name represents the aim of finding a clear, defining answer to each project. We are interested in architecture as the possibility of making definite projects. As a growing team of architects, we share the strong will to build houses, objects and ideas. Our projects are approached with a consideration of system, reference, place and precedent. FAKT was founded in 2013 and is run by Sebastian Kern, Martin Tessarz and Jonas Tratz. All founding partners studied together at certain times and collaborated in several offices before founding their own practice.
