The origins of Granier are established in the neighborhood bakery, hence the brand's roots in local commerce and the baker's trade. In 1988, the Horno la Estrella , Granier's predecessor oven, was opened . A business that grew and through which new bakeries were opened, until we became experts and had our own business model .
