The IRC Coaching Academy emerges from the successful HR consultancy IRC - International Recruitment Company Germany GmbH . The IRC GmbH was founded in Munich of 2007. Our management and our experienced senior consultants have been accompanying applicants in their search for new positions at home and abroad for years. They benefit from our extensive contacts with well-known companies. The coaching of applicants is an important component in the successful placement in a new position. Through the individual coaching , our support is specially tailored to the individual needs of each individual applicant. The IRC Coaching Academy was founded on the basis of this daily practice in order to provide targeted support to applicants and founders in their search for a new position, to start their career, to get back to work individually and to start up a business. Our coaches not only draw on their extensive experience in application processes and candidate coaching, but also link the coaching to our excellent contacts from our personnel consultancy to well-known companies in Munich, Germany and Europe. In this way, valuable contacts are made to these companies as added value for our participants during and after the coaching.
