TOLL COLLECT

Since January 1, 2005, Toll Collect has been operating the world's first satellite-based toll system for trucks in a stable and reliable manner. Thousands of trucks from all over Europe cross our country on motorways and federal highways. Toll Collect collects the toll precisely, settles it with the transport company and immediately transfers the revenue to the federal budget. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When checking the toll obligation, the tasks were divided between Toll Collect and the Federal Office for Goods Transport (BAG). Toll Collect is responsible for the automatic control. This responsibility includes the subsequent collection of toll evasion. This sovereign task was entrusted to Toll Collect by the federal government. Since the start of the toll, Toll Collect has been a reliable partner for the federal government - tried and tested in toll processing. But the focus is not only on the client's legal and contractual requirements. In addition, the concerns and operational processes on the customer side are determining factors for the design of the processes, for example with the different payment methods and paperless data transfer.
